With MarkVision it is so easy to set-up, manage and maintain network printers thereby reducing help-desk costs whilst increasing productivity and availability. Based on an alert driven protocol, network traffic is minimized whilst maintaining rich function. Support is provided in all major networking environments as well as providing support for non-Lexmark printers via SNMP when attached using non Lexmark print servers. The MarkNet Resident Web Server provides a quick and easy way to configure, upgrade and monitor Lexmark print servers on your network. By simply pointing your favorite web browser at the print server you can check current printer status, view configuration settings and use customizable "intelligent" links to Lexmark's web site or a site on your companies Intranet.
